Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
Items must be unused and in original condition
Returned within 14 days of delivery
How to Return
Email us at info@mohairaffairs.com.ng with:
1.Order number
2.Photos of the item (if damaged)
3.Reason for return
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within several business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
